Policies and Terms
We take pride in offering great customer support for our products. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:
- We will support all products for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
- We may not offer free support for products which have been significantly altered.
If you have installation problems with any of our products, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue or take other measures to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
While we do not have a restocking fee on returns, in order to receive the maximum refund from the distributor, the product needs to be returned in the original condition. Any re-work required to bring the back to "first quality" will lower the refund.
